ABOUT ME
After working in Corporate America for too long, I became a licensed massage therapist in 2001.
I love solving problems. My favorite thing is to read, study, and think about how the interconnected body's hard and soft systems influence each other.
When the time I spend thinking and learning leads to someone being able to bend down to tie their shoe or pick up their kids without pain, the dopamine (feel-good brain chemical) I get is the highest reward.
The framework of my practice is based on traditional Thai massage. I have expanded this to include other forms of therapeutics, depending on my clients' needs.
These therapies may include pain science, rehab education, yoga, yoga therapy, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, cupping, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, scar release, and pranayama (breathing techniques).
I specialize in chronic pain management and mobility issues, but just being able to relax for an hour or two can do wonders. Every session is tailored to your needs in the moment.

-
Refine
The last step? We learn how to continually refine what’s working for you to maximize the effects on your body, mind, and ultimaty your life.
