• Unique Approach: Sessions are recognized for maximizing pain relief and transformative potential.

    Session Details:

    Floor Thai massag
e: You should wear yoga clothes or any breathable, easily movable attire. Lotion is not used. No draping is required.

Table Thai/hybrid massage: Undergarments are preferred, a sports bra is optional. Some lotion might be used.

“Traditional” massage: You can undress to your comfort level, and you will be professionally draped throughout the session. Lotion will be used.

Method: Sessions can resemble relaxed, effortless yoga or Brazilian jiu-jitsu, depending on needs and depth of pressure. Clients typically leave feeling taller and freer from pain.

Therapeutic Impact: This bodywork is highly effective, particularly for those suffering from chronic pain, back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, or sciatica.

Not Traditional: This approach goes beyond what is typically thought of as massage, focusing on chronic pain management and mobility, which brings about relaxation and ease.

Intensity: While the therapy can be soft and gentle, I can apply up to 160lbs of body weight if necessary. This makes it especially beneficial for those with chronic pain, stiff/larger body types, martial artists, athletes, yoga instructors, and dancers.

Suitable for All: My work is customized to your needs, so you don’t need to be particularly flexible or “in shape” to benefit from it.

  • Traditional Thai massage combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures without oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver. Unlike “traditional” massage, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched, and rocked rather than rubbing or gliding on muscles. Based on Buddhist teachings, the concept of metta (loving-kindness) is integral to this practice. Well-known practitioners also emphasize meditation and devotion on the practitioner's part as integral to this practice's effectiveness.

  • In traditional Thai massage, you do not undress. You should wear loose, comfortable clothing that you might wear to the gym or while lounging on the couch.

If you request table Thai, undergarments are preferred a sports bra is optional.

For a “traditional” massage, you will undress to your comfort level and be draped professionally with a sheet.

  • In traditional Thai massage, oils or lotions are not used. However, in table Thai massage, I will use small amounts of lotion depending on the technique. In a “traditional” massage session, lotion is used.

  • It is always recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and discuss any health concerns or goals. I prefer a longer check-in so we can see what’s new or different and ensure that you get maximum benefit from your session.

  • Cancellation Policy: I understand that life can get hectic, but I kindly request a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge of the total amount of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals Grace Period: I understand that life happens, and occasionally, clients may run late. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, you will receive the remaining time of your appointment. However, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the next client.

    More Than 15 Minutes Late:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may be unable to provide the scheduled service. In this case, it will be considered a missed appointment, and you will be charged the full amount of the service.

Communication is Key: If you know you will be late, please call or text as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you, but please understand that arriving late may affect the length and quality of your session.

Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact me, and I will do my best to reschedule your appointment without a penalty.

  • It is your session. I am more than happy to chat if it makes you feel comfortable. People often like to talk a little at the start of the session and then zone out. Some people lie down and are immediately asleep. Whatever you need at the moment is the ultimate goal.

  • Each session lasts 60, 90, or 120 minutes and currently costs $75/60 minutes.
